West Seattle High School PTSA Spanish Nights Auction

You are cordially invited to attend the 2016 West Seattle High School PTSA Auction. Mark your calendar - this event will be one you won't want to miss. We have chosen a new modern venue in SODO - the METROPOLIST. The revenue from this event is granted to the arts, academics and athletics departments in the spring. These funds fill in the gaps in the school budget and have purchased items for our students and school that help keep WSHS performing and succeeding.

Tickets

Early Bird tickets will be available until Tuesday, Nov 1 at 11:45pm for $60. Regular priced tickets are $65 for single and $130 for couple with one bidder number. Any tickets purchased after November 11 will be $75 each or $150 for a couple. Tickets will include admission to the event, passed appetizers and a buffet style meal catered by Tuxedos and Tennishoes/DSquared.

Can't Attend? Buy a Raffle Ticket!

Show your support by buying a raffle ticket for $20 and be entered into a random drawing. The lucky winner will recieve a pair of Beats SOLO2 headphones. The drawing will be held on Saturday, November 19th and the winner will be notified by 6pm Sunday, November 20th. You do not have to be present to win and tickets will only be sold online prior to the night of the auction. Click the 'Buy Ticket's button below to purchase raffle tickets. Donate an Item

We hope we can count on your support as a donor to keep the tradition strong. You can give a personal donation, or perhaps you have a friend who owns a business, or there is a business that you frequent (restaurant, boutique, spa, etc.) that would like to donate. All donors are listed in the catalog, which is distributed to approximately 200 people. And since WSHS PTSA is a non-profit organization, the value of the donation is tax-deductible.

By far the number one donation is admission tickets. Are you a season ticket holder to the ballet, symphony, theater or one of our Seattle sports teams? Not going to use some of them? Donate them and help raise money for our school.

ARE YOU CONNECTED?

Do you have connections to get some really cool technology donated? Wearable technology, gadgets, anything with an “I”? Help get us plugged in and raise money for WSHS!

TIME TO EAT!!!

Do you like to cook or do you know someone who owns a restaurant or catering business? Restaurant gift cards, cooking classes, personally prepared dishes and desserts go over BIG at our auction. What can we say? Parents love to eat!

LET'S GET AWAY!

Does your family have a cabin or condo getaway? Not going to use it one weekend during the year? Why not donate the weekend to the auction? In past years, these family donations have brought in thousands of dollars, as well as created fun family memories for the winners! Beach, mountain or city dwellings are welcome!

GET ACTIVE!

Do you have connections at local golf courses, ski resorts or fitness clubs? PNWers love being active! Hook up a lucky bidder with a gift certificate or voucher for activities to keep the winner on the move.

FILL A BASKET

We are also happy to accept gift cards or any type. Did Aunt Sue send you a gift card to the restaurant you are tired of? Have a few leftover Amazon, EBAY or VISA/MC gift cards from the last holiday? Donate it to the auction. Other items which are perfect for bundled offerings are bottles of spirits of any type, mixers, coffee beans, teas and kitchen accessories.
